Maintenance Worker
The primary purpose of the position is to perform recurring building and/or utility maintenance and operation duties and to assist journeymen and other higher graded maintenance workers. Incumbent utilizes knowledge and skills in several trades and crafts. Daily task assignments can vary from duties as Carpenter, Electrical helper, Painter, Mechanical trades helper, Plumber, Janitor, and/or Laborer. Positions assigned in a small work-center where working individually is paramount. Job requires strong work ethic, safe practices, and a great deal of visitor interaction. AREA INFORMATION:
