The Platform Specialist will support Channel Sales by conducting customer demos with the partner resulting in closed won deals. Partners registering new customer opportunities require support from us to demonstrate the platform and identify customer needs and next steps to winning the deal.
Responsibilities:
Working with the Partner sales team to demonstrate KB4 product offerings to their customers Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4's products and help the customer understand how it will improve their organization's security awareness training (and security overall) Be an expert at discovering and identifying prospective customer's pain points and needs Take a consultative approach to help close new business consistently Serve as a subject matter expert for KnowBe4's products to the partner sales team and customers of partners Gain knowledge, insight and understanding from key decision-makers on the demo through discovery of customer needs and challenges Promote and be well versed in KnowBe4's product offerings and promote the products and services Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with our partners and their prospective customers Maintain accurate and thorough records in Salesforce.com for opportunities, calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos and other relevant info in compliance with the Administration Policy Meet assigned targets for monthly sales volume requirements and strategic objectives Be proactive in assessments, clarifications, and validating customer needs
Qualifications:
High school diploma required Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field a plus Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field Experience with Salesforce preferred Must be able to demonstrate sales aptitude while being assertive, persistent, consultative, and comfortable working in a highly results oriented company Fluent in English (written and verbal) Excellent verbal and written communications Excellent time management and organization skills Strong collaborative and teamwork skills Strong analytical, strategic mindset, and negotiation skills Persuasive communication skills accompanied with the ability to gain a quick understanding of the needs and pain points of channel partners Passionate about business and willing to go the extra mile
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account Management, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
